Zorluteks: The first firm that has AEO certificate for home textiles


 

 

One of the largest home textiles producers in the world, Zorluteks was registered as having authorized mandated status document that facilitates procedures and documentation operations in customs worldwide.

A major producer of draperies and home textile products, having great factories and powerful brands, Zorluteks has become more powerful and prestigious company in customs worldwide with this authorized mandatory status certification that documents that all required standards in terms of transparency, accountability, responsibility and safety are met by the company.

The status and certificate have been operational in 46 countries in EU, America, South Korea, Japan and others. The certification has been in process since 2013 in Turkey. The status provides several utility and exclusivity to the relevant firms in their customs procedures who met the mandatory conditions for their recording and documentation systems, their accountability, financial limits, safety and security standards.

11 % more visitors prove the show’s importance for Turkey and Middle East


 

Domotex Turkey, which hosts 203 exhibitors, has achieved 36 foreign exhibitors from 10 countries. Not only with its exhibitors but also its visitors, it offered an international gathering. Domotex Turkey 2017 hosted 9,124 visitors. 1,003 of them were international visitors which means an increase of 11 % compared to last year’s edition. The exhibition provided an important platform for exhibitors to meet buyers from more than 80 countries especially from Middle East and Africa.

Alexander Kühnel, Hannover Fairs Turkey General Manager said: “Domotex Turkey which was participated by pioneer firms of the sector once again, displayed the strength of Turkey and especially Gaziantep in machine-made carpet manufacturing. Besides that the high number of international visitors proved that Domotex Turkey has gained importance for not only Turkey but for the whole Middle Eastern region as well.”

36 international exhibitors from 10 countiries

Moreover, for the first time, an international hosted buyer program that was supported by The Ministry of Economy was organized during the fair. Exhibitors and visitors enjoyed an important opportunity for new business connections and penetrating new markets during B2B Meetings that took place on the second day of the exhibition. The hosted buyer program included attendees from Albania, Bulgaria, Iraq and Jordan.

Eng. Osama Abu Alinin, General Manager of Arab Pioneers Company emphasized: “I’m so happy for Domotex Turkey this year, because we have a lot of visitors, better than before; maybe this year three times more than last year. It’s one of the best, we have a lot of customers and we made a lot of contracts.”

New trends showcased at Domotex Turkey

Domotex Turkey displayed the wide range of products of its exhibitors for four successful days. While some products had strong impression with their designs and colors, some nanotechnology products distinguished with self-cleaning functionality.

Diversified designs that were developed based on consumer trends attracted attention during the fair as well. The visitors found the opportunity to see thousands of modern or traditional carpet designs made of different materials such as wool, silk, cashmere, bamboo fibers, and polyester.

Besides machine-made carpets, the other product groups in the flooring industry such as textile floor coverings (wall-to-wall), resilient floor coverings, laminate flooring, parquet and wood flooring, textile machinery and accessories, fibres, yarns and textiles were presented in the show as well.

Shukrat Makhsudov, Head of Sales Department at SAG expressed: “We are participating in this event for the last three years. Also we are participating in Domotex exhibitions in Hannover and also in China. This fair is very important for us for our business; we can gather all our customers under one roof. In these exhibitions we have a chance to show our new designs, new carpets, new products and it will help us first of all to increase customers and increase our business.”

As a result of fruitful four days the majority of exhibitors expressed their willingness to exhibit again at the show next year. Organized in Gaziantep, Domotex Turkey brought industry leaders together from 22 to 25 May for the 4rd time with the support of Gaziantep Chamber of Commerce (GTO), Southeastern Anatolia Carpet Exporters’ Union (GAIB) and Gaziantep Chamber of Carpet Producers (GHO).

CIFF has meticulously planned to realize a furniture event for “Better Life, Better Work”


 

 

  • Showcasing whole home concept from bedding to modern and classic furniture, from office to outdoor, the fair is held at National Exhibition & Convention Center (Shanghai) (NECC), Hongqiao, Shanghai, 11-14 September 2017

ciff2From September 11 to 14, 2017, the 40th CIFF Shanghai will present a fantastic feast for the furniture and home furnishings industry. CIFF features the theme of “Better Life, Better Work”. Using the entire space of National Exhibition & Convention Centre (Shanghai•Hongqiao), which covers 400,000 sqm. Over 2000 brands from the upstream and downstream industry will participate from various sectors including home furniture, homedecor, hometextile, outdoor furniture, office furniture, commercial furniture, hotel furniture, furniture machinery and raw materials. Distinctive while complementary, different sectors in CIFF form a synergy to interpret the latest trends and provide eye-catching exhibits and designs.

For some years Istanbul Exporters’ Association organizes Turkish national participation in this important show. This years’ exporters include Dericiogullari, Ideal Koltuk, Burgart Mobilya, Cenizhan Mobilya, Dogtas Kelebek, Gokmenler, Yaprak, NDesign-Nurhas Mobilya, Altinboynuz Carpet, Yucel Buro Mobilya, Meltem Mobilya, Raudi Mobilya, Ugur, Teleset-Birlik Insaat, Besteknik, Kupa and BRN Yatak.

 

The 400,000-square-meter exhibition covers the themes of the entire industry chain under the concept of the Whole Home Decor, which are integrated together and show their own features. The exhibitors can attract and meet with their clients no matter where they are. The audiences can also find the convenient route to the halls.

The seemingly impossible mission is the persistent pursuit of CIFF (Shanghai).

CIFF-Modern Home Furniture is set on the first floor of the venue to greatly enhance the integrity of the themes. The audiences can easily find the premium home furniture and experience the industry trends regardless of walking clockwise or counterclockwise without crossing the floor.

The sector will have 7 halls: Hall 1, Hall 2, North Hall, Hall 3, Hall 4.1, Hall 5.1 and Hall 6.1, which will have a distinctive theme and precise positioning each. North Hall is used for the Customized Furniture/Smart Home. Hall 1 is used for the European & American Lifestyle. The Design Hall is located in Hall 2. The Modern Furniture Brands is located in Halls 3 and 4.1. The Sofa Premium & Sleep Center is located in Hall 4.1. The International Hall is moved to Hall 5.1. The Sofa Brands is located in Hall 6.1. The concentrated layout enables audiences to quickly locate the target products and further enhance the procurement efficiency and quality.

 

Tciff3he Furniture Machinery & Furniture Raw Materials is scientifically adjusted and will have Halls 7.1 and 8.1 to display the most complete range of materials and accessories (Hall 7.1) and the most sophisticated furniture machinery (Hall 8.1), adjacent to the furniture machinery enterprises to fully demonstrate the advantages of the entire industry chain.

The Homedecor & Hometextile and the Outdoor & Leisure are relocated to Halls 5.2 and 6.2 respectively. The two sectors are highly specialized and associated. The artificial flowers and gardening decoration in the Homedecor complement each other with the garden furniture and courtyard tables & chairs in the Outdoor & Leisure to facilitate procurement. The two sectors are only one step from the International Hall (Hall 5.1) and Sofa Brands (Hall 6.1). A high degree of integration of Whole Home Decor elements will certainly spark unexpected ideas.

 

The Office Show will have Halls 7.2 and 8.2 and bring together the excellent enterprises in the office and hotel furniture industry so that the layout of the specialized themes is more simple and coherent and enhances the effects.

 

Innovative booth settings, 360-degree views of the venue

In addition to the U-shaped layout for three aisles running through the entire venue and the second half of the exhibition area, the 40th CIFF (Shanghai) will optimize the exhibition circulation and innovate in establishing the irregular aisles to see the booth facades clearly and offer 360-degree views of the venue, thus further enhancing experience.
