UTIB also publishes the Contract Business Journal in order to maximize the potential of the domestic and international contract business. The journal covers textiles, kitchens, natural stone, design, and architecture and provides information on fairs and foreign markets. The journal, which is distributed at fairs and trade shows, is followed keenly by both Turkish as well as international readers. The trend forum and the book have contributed to a better perception of the level that the Turkish contract textile business has reached by the sector members and importers worldwide. Furthermore, the Home Textile Design Competition was organized for the second time this year in order to expose and encourage original Turkish home textile design.
