Proposte 2021 will be held on 19, 20 and 21 of April 2021 at Villa Erba: these are the new dates of the 28th edition of the exhibition that has been postponed from 2020 to 2021 due to the coronavirus pandemic.
The 2020 edition of Proposte has been rescheduled to 2021. Given the still uncertain international situation, which evolves day after day, the Board of Directors of Proposte decided a few weeks ago to reschedule the 28th edition of the event from fall 2020 to spring 2021 and now the dates have been officially confirmed.
Right after the Salone Internazionale del Mobile di Milano, that will close its doors on Sunday, April 18, Proposte 2021 will open the gates at Villa Erba in Cernobbio to visitors from all over the world on Monday 19, Tuesday 20 and Wednesday 21 of April. The opening hours of the Fair remain unchanged: 19-20 April 9.00am – 6.00 pm, 21 April 9.00am – 16.00pm.
“We have been working until the very last minute in the hope to be able to save the September dates and organize the event while guaranteeing the safety of all the participants. The uncertainty of travel conditions, especially at the international level as well as the rapidly changing world scenario do not enable us to confirm the September dates, as up to 75% of the our visitors come from foreign countries,” said President Piercarlo Viganò and continued to say, “It was not an easy decision, also considering the international relevance of Proposte for the entire sector. We worked on the 2021 edition and decided to hold the event on the dates 19-21 April 2021. This will be a concrete opportunity to relaunch the world of furnishing fabrics and curtains with Proposte becoming a container of outstanding news for the entire sector. In the coming months Proposte will be active on the social media with a series of initiatives that will involve the protagonists of the sector.
