Bolé Road Textiles x West Elm collection includes rugs, indoor/outdoor pillows, bed runners, bath mats and shower curtains in bright hues and bold patterns that couple traditional Ethiopian hand-woven artistry with modern design.
“I pulled inspiration from coastal towns like Dakar and Accra, as well as African designers I admire,” said Hana Getachew, designer and founder of Bolé Road Textiles. “I looked to several forms of weaving craft, including Ethiopian textiles, then layered color, pattern and texture together to capture the vibrant spirit.”
